Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and textures may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and your display. Product specifications, availability and packaging may change where reasonably necessary, provided the product remains consistent with the description and your mandatory consumer rights.

Prices, currency and charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the storefront. Shipping charges are shown at checkout for supported destinations. OLARISSE does not currently calculate destination VAT, GST, sales tax, customs duty or import charges at checkout; destination authorities or carriers may assess such amounts separately.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders remain subject to availability, payment authorization and fraud or error checks. We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for unavailable stock, a clear pricing or description error, inability to obtain payment authorization, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after receiving payment, the amount charged for the cancelled order will be refunded.

A sales contract is formed when we send an order confirmation that accepts the order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first, subject to any mandatory rule in your jurisdiction.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Guangzhou, China. Shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates depend on destination and are displayed at checkout when available. Customs processing and carrier events may affect delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, subject to the Shipping & Returns policy. You may submit a withdrawal directly through our online withdrawal function. Where applicable mandatory consumer law provides a right to withdraw, cancel, return, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund beyond these terms, that law prevails. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially misdescribed or not what you ordered, contact Client Services promptly. Remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, OLARISSE branding, site design, original text, graphics and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to OLARISSE. No rights are granted except as necessary to browse and use the store for lawful personal purposes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural events, government action, infrastructure outages or similar events. This does not remove any mandatory rights you may have if delivery is materially delayed.
